Why don't my reports update when the phone is locked?

iOS limits background activity. Reports update reliably when the phone moves (with "Always" location granted) and opportunistically otherwise. Grant Always location and enable the reports in Settings for best results.

Why can't I change my device right now?

To stop one subscription being shared across many devices, device changes are limited (with a short free window after adding a device). Your device card shows when the next change is available.

How do I delete my data or account?

Settings → Account → "Delete my data." It's time-delayed and cancelable, then permanently erases your monitoring data and resets your security setup.
